Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different color or size.

  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all protective dust bags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
